And my world comes tumbling down........

Ever felt like your world just suddenly came tumbling down in an instant? Well in the last 15 mins it just did....my world came tumbling down in my lap.....nothing to do and nothing can be done......
Where can I go? Who can I ask? How can I survive?
I really....don't know....
