Court Case - Egg againts Frying Pan....Witnesses called OIL and FIRE

Well there was this Court case once, of this Egg against a frying pan....for that the frying pan had the intention of 'frying' the egg, destorying the egg's clear beauty into hard and white with pore holes and all.......Case starts with the story told that in this circle of friends, a party they all went to but then over night wih alcohol and all, they were all dead drunk. No one actually knows wat happened, except for the oil which cannot get drunk as it FLOATS alcohol.....and fire that burns it....so with only oil and fire left...the party got hot and burn out with all ended up dozed out together in the compound. Which resulted in the egg being 'cooked' but the frying pan with oil and fire.

The plead of the defendent, Frying Pan......innocent, he claims, he was NOT EVEN INVOLVED!!!

Go Figure that out.......To be involved or not involved.....can it be claimed by the defendent?....
