ME and my 4.3%

HAHAHAHA....I am quite happy cause desprate the complain in my first MEMIOR posting....I had a check of my Body Fat index and guess what?!?!?!....I apparently, witha margin of plus/minus 5%, lost 4.3%......due to the way and time it was measured...the error bar is about that..but then 4.3% is is alot lor!!!!...
HAHAHAH...so happy!!!....MUST KEEP IT UP!!!..
