有心没心......Fine Line?....

Many would agree that alot of things in the world is on opposite ends separated by a fine line....but this so called 'fine line' cannot be defined. Who defines what is fine and what is not so fine?...is 'fine line' 1mm or 0.1mm thick? if measured in distance....is drawing a line between the India Ocean a fine line or a line between the galaxy thru the milkyway a fine line?....Who defines the closeness of love and hate or peace and war?.... My case. I ask who can define the 'fine line' between 有心 & 没心? If there was, I would define as an embrace.....but it never came....it always doesn't......
